Generous and cordial Bouquet with floral and vanilla-caramel tones. Long, delicate, and smooth on the palate resulting from the marriage of the two best Cognac appellations: Grande Champagne and Petite Champagne.
Cognac: French Cognac law requires all V.S.O.P. Cognac to be aged a minimum of 4 years. A.E. DOR V.S.O.P. Cognac is aged 8 years. Aged longer than most X.O. until the recent change in the law. The French governments X.O. requirement has been recently changed from a minimum of 6 years to 10 years).
