The half-century old cooperative society in the village of Jalon- (Xalo) has re-energized the history of the grape production. Musdcat has been cultivated on these lands by Muslim farmers since 1472. The Valle de Xalo Moscatel is a dessert wine that is surprisingly light on the palate, with beautiful glimmers of golden yellow hues. Attractive aromas of Linden flowers, sweet orange peel and apricots.

Food Pairings: Ideal to drink with sweet deserts, or simply on its own. A typical and traditional product, with the unmistakable seal of the Marina Alta region.
