This pretty Beaujolais, made from old vines, combines delicate red and black fruit aromas with melting tannins. The silky characters of this wine will envelope even the most delicate of palates, never forgetting its structure that gives it a full mouth with a good length.
Fermentation takes place at low temp to maintain the freshness and fruit aromas that are the unique characteristics of Beaujolais-Villages. Winemakers Sylvain and Isabelle Rosier vinified each terroir separately and then blended with the others according to their different characteristics.
