The Chavy family winery, now its 7th generation, was founded when two of the oldest families in Meursault and Puligny-Montrachet were brought together. Complex, light and elegant, with aromatic brioche, white mushroom and ripe fruits. This sparkling is made from 100% Chardonnay from a parcel in Puligny-Montrachet, the village known to produce most notable and most expensive Burgundy whites. It was aged for one year in French oak barrels and second fermentation created in the bottle for one year.
