The domaine is located in the heart of Cote de Nuits, Burgundy. Four generations and family-owned vineyards that stretch from Puligny-Montrachet to Gevery-Chambertin, producing many Grand Cru and Premier Cru wines. Gabriel D’Ardhuy sources the fruit from these amazing appellations and declassified the bottling to produce a high-quality village Burgundy. Brilliant ruby color, it is delightful, fruity, soft in the mouth and easy to drink with very charming and expressive aromas of strawberry and cherry with earthy forest floor notes– characteristics that you expect for a burgundy red. Great with a variety of meals, from game to minute steak.
Food Pairing: red meats, game, pork, charcuterie, aged soft sharp cheese.
