This is a good terroir-driven, serious blend of southern French varietals: Carignan, Merlot and Syrah, from local organic family farms surrounded by the Redwoods in Lake and Mendocino Counties, and Northern California. Jammed with flavors of blackberry, plum and forest floor with a hint of minty eucalyptus. Light tannins, medium-bodied. Very easy-going and versatile. Incredible value for what you get.
