Chianti Classico Riserva 2010 Tomaiolo

Grape: Sangiovese.
Region: Italy> Tuscany> Chianti Classico
Notes: Aged in oak barrel for 2 years and bottle 1 year.

A traditional Chianti, quite good, smooth and easy to drink. Fairly intense though only a medium body. Not a log of tannin, but enough to keep a good edge on it. It would go with almost any kind of meal, or drink solo. A bargain for the quality.

Food Pairings: Pasta, Beef, Pork, Veal, and Eggplant, grilled salmon, tuna, mahi mahi, hard cheeses, ect.
