Limestone and volcanic ash in the soil leaves a distinct influence on the wines of Corbieres. Notes of rosemary and sage brush lend themselves to a complex and sophisticated wine. Light sweetness at the beginning of the pallet give way to a refined herbs de Provance finish. This is a wine with true special qualities.
