We stumbled upon this wine in the beautiful resort town of Positano in the scenic Amalfi coast. At a humble seafood restaurant on the beach, the server poured us the wine to pair the freshest, simple seafood dishes we ordered. It was so delicious we instantly became big fans of it and determined to bring this obscure local wine to The Winery. A blend of Falanghina and Biancolella grapes, a recipe inherited for centuries, shows intense fruits, honey and lemon on the nose and the delicate mineral-driven notes on the palate. The two vineyards are located in the steep slopes of the Tramonti hills.
Food Pairing: it is born to marry to variety of seafood dishes from raw oysters to grilled seafood.
