Pech Redon was once home to Languedoc's innovator Jean Demolombe. This wine is truly terroir-driven with lots of earthy undertones. This is a full bodied wine that is sure to entice any serious oenophile. The palate has a smooth texture and good mouthfeel, full of juicy brambly red fruit, accented with aromatic southern French herbs and cedar. It is a pretty wine, yet not shy to hide its rustic characteristics.
