Cultivated from 30 year old vines, hand harvested and aged on its lees in oak barrels for 12 months. Natural yeast is used in this yellow-gold colour white verietal. With floral notes and aromas of wild roses, spices and lychee. Well balanced, harmonious and pleasant.
