No machinery used on the vines of these hand-harvested vineyards. The estate of Seguin-Manuel has been in exsistence since 1824. Thibaut Marion has completely renewed its luster since taking over in 2004. Initially located in Savigny-les-Beaune,new plots have been planted in Pommard, Vosne-Romanee, Meursault, and Puligny-Montrachet giving Thibaut the ability to expand Seguin-Manuel's portfolio while also providing a more higher quality fruit to add to his village burgundy (Bourgogne Rouge). Aromas of dried raspberries, five spice, and flora. Silky texture on the palate with expression of tart cherries and flora.
