A sip of the Evel Tinto, a brand under the biggest Portuguese wine producer Real Compania Velha, will surely be enough to convince you of the story. Aromas of berries, ripe plum and a touch of cassis and pungent herbs are quiet yet persisting. Fine grain tannis support the sturdy structure, balanced with good acidity. A lovely wine with food or by itself.
