This wine shows brilliant acidity and flavors of mango, citron, lime and orange. Oak aging—65% in French oak barrels with 38% new—with 5 months of lees contact brings rich notes of buttered toast, mushroom and vanilla. True Myth is a brand of Niven Family Wine Estates, pioneers of the Edna Valley, and farmers of the oldest continually harvested vines in the region.
