Dolcemente's secret is the blend of the refined character of the Cabernet Sauvignon (70%) with the fruitiness of the indigenous Cesanese grapes (30%). Intense purple color, fresh floral aromas with notes of berry and cherry, very smooth tannins, and a lovely sweetness on the palate makes you want to enjoy this wine slightly chilled. “Vino da Tavola” means literally 'table wine', as distinct from higher-quality wines from specified geographical locations.
