An extremely fragrant nose of acacia flowers, bananas, peach, apples, pears, citrus and herbs. The acidity leaves your palate with mouthwatering freshness and fruitiness, intense minerality spiced with slight saltiness, and citrus fruit acidity. Gianfranco Kozlović is a vocal crusader for quality. His vineyards dot the hillsides of northern Istria, with a mild Mediterranean climate and limestone soils called Terra Bianca. It is medium-bodied, almost un-oaked with just 2% of Malvasia that was fermented and aged in oak barrels. Overnight maceration adds extra flavors.

Food Pairing: An elegant wine to serve chilled with creamy risotto or pasta, and various delicate seafood dishes.
