Mendoza Malbec 2013 Bodegas Esmeralda ‘Tilia’

Description: Lovely fruit-forward wine that expresses blackberry fruit, vanilla, and leather. Soft tannins with a supple mouth-feel that engulfs the whole palate. Mostly dark fruit expressions with a hint of mint. Upfront notes of ripe black cherry, black plum, and finishes with Asian five-spice or tamarind essence.

Food Pairing: Barbecue, empanadas, beef fajitas, burgers, pizza, meatloaf, and spicy meat dishes.
