Product Description
Fruity, aromatic, full/medium body red.
Grapes: Mandilaria, Monemvasia.
Region: Greece> Paros.

Reminiscence of Cabernet Sauvignon wines from the West Coast on the first sip, this charming red offers rich, fruity aromas with hints of vanilla and mocha. It is made of two indigenous varieties, Mandilaria and Monemvasia, from selected vineyards of Paros Island, just south of Mykonos. The sand-clay soil, mild winder, sunny summer with cool yearly winds offer ideal conditions for vine cultivation. The classic vinification includes 18 months of aging in oak barrels and 12 months in the bottle in their underground cellar. Suitable for long term aging.
Food Pairing: Grilled red meats, cold cuts.
