The beauty of this wine is the amazing aromatics similar to a Provincial herb-garden. Exotic flavors, bright acidity and a truly astonishingly long dry lingering finish. The mouth-feel of this wine is quite crisp, featuring an amazing cornucopia of fruit. That crispness drives flavors of spring flowers, soft minerality, complex fruit, and herbs. The winery and the vineyards are located in a unique and cool-climate area of Napa called, Lovall Valley. Sitting at the southern end of the Napa/Sonoma mountain range just above Carneros. Harvested twice for ultimate ripeness and aged in new and used French oak and stainless steel. 923 cases made, very rare but world-class flavor profile in regard to Sauvignon Blanc.
