Description: Benito is a central figure in the modern history of Albarino and the Rias Baixas appellation and is the first to become certified organic producer, a rarity in Rias Baixas. Repeatedly won prizes in the annual Fiesta de Albarino in Cambados, this briny, nutty, organically grown Albarino came from a single vineyard, Saiar. It shares the similar flavor profile with Muscadet of France and Manzanilla of southern Spain, all located near the ocean. Needless to say, this wine was born to accompany seafood, especially with raw-bar delicacies.
Food Pairing: oyster, cram, shrimp, seafood in general.
