It is then fermented and aged in stainless steel tanks for 6 months to preserve the aromatic components with 10% aged in French large oak barrels for 6 months for a silkier texture and complexity. Located in Roero, the region best known for the Arneis varietal, Trinita vineyard is made of layers of unique calcareous clay and sand mixed with fossils, which contribute to the great mineral characteristics.
