The foundation for the 2012 Jordan Russian River Valley Chardonnay was a bountiful crop that exhibited exceptionally vibrant, stone fruit characters and bright acidity, ensuring a delicious white wine for food pairing that is more akin to France than California. Perfume-like aromas of mandarin orange and white raspberry open to a rich palate of fresh green apple and mango. Hand-crafted French oak nuances on the mid-palate are supported by a creamy texture and balanced finish, creating a white wine designed to stand the test of time. Enjoy now paired with seasoned white meat or creamy pasta dishes or cellar through 2018.
