Description: Family winery for 6 generations but only recently devoted to viticulture since early 1980’s. Stephane Cherrier has traveled and worked in viticulture in Australia, New Zealand, and Chile for many years before returning to make there best cuvees from high-quality vineyards scattered around Verdigny on clay and limestone soils. This is a beautiful rose showing restrained fruit, flora, and mineral-stone.

Food pairing: Aperitif, charcuterie, salads, grilled sausages, roasted/grilled pork, stewed fish, etc.
