Grape: Shiraz. Region: South Africa> Western Cape.

A more fun style than your typical Shiraz, this fresh, fruity, semi-sweet wine displays aromas and flavors of ripe, juicy berries with dark chocolate undertones. The perfect balance between sweetness and acidity makes for a refreshing approachability. Great for a date night by the fire with your sweetheart; mixed in a batch of sangria for a backyard summer bash; when your Monday just didn’t go right, or Tuesday. It is versatile food wine, best served lightly chilled (chill in fridge for 10 minutes to about 55 degrees before serving.)
