Secateurs are the pruning shears that shape the vines. The name is a tribute to the workers who are crafting the wine during the cold winter months of the Cape. The Badenhorst family who has been producing wine for three generations makes this wine.
Description:The grapes are hand-harvested from selected old bush vines on granite slopes. Sustainable farming, traditional winemaking, and natural fermentation in concrete vats are the techniques that make this wine stand apart than the homogenous wine that comes through the industry in super large quantities.
