Build in 1856 in the Tours region of Loire Valley, owned by prestigious Champagne house of Deutz until 2002, Chateau de l’Aulée now belongs to an oenologist and her husband with a strong idea in mind: growing the high quality wines. Oenologist from Champagne with work experience in such luminous houses like Pommery, Bricout, Bollinger, Marielle wants to grow their vineyard and wines with good agricultural practices, respecting environment and the soil. Between refreshing and fat, refined and lascivious, with typical favors of Chenin Blanc (apple, grapefruit, lime bloosom), underlined by the length and raciness of Chardonnay. It’s matured for 18 months.
