Pretty golden yellow. Fruity and harmonious with aromas of grapefruits and exotic fruits. The mouth is round, voluminous with good minerality and refreshing acidity. Perfectly ripened Sauvignon Blanc grapes were harvested on the siliceous hillsides on the left bank of the town Cher in the Loire Valley. Originated in the 10th century, the vineyards were partially purchased by the Devault family in 1850. Since then the family passes down the passion of winemaking from father to son for seven generations.
