Description: Domaine duGrapillon d'Or was founded in 1806. The property has always remained in the hands of the Chauvet family. Their wines reflects the terroir and true expression of fruit due to minimal intervention. Soft aromas of red fruit are displayed. Great acid/alcohol balance with chewy tannins throughout the length of the palate. A well-rounded medium-bodied wine.

Food Pairing: Excellent food wine-Duck comfit, game, stewed lamb or goat, short ribs, braised rabbit, strip steaks, etc.
