Valpolicella Classico Amarone 2010 Cantina Zeni

Grapes: 60% Corvina, 30% Rondinella, 10% Molinar.
Region: Valpolicella Classica zone (north of Verona, Italy).
Notes: The Amarone-Style means the grapes have been dried for 3-5months before crushing. This will concentrate the sugars, extracts, and glycerine creating a rich and powerful wine.

Description: Ruby garnet color with clarity within the center. Aromas of expresso, pure vanilla bean, and hints of red fruit. Full-bodied wine with a silky, viscous texture. Rich, ripe dried cherry and cassis throughout the length of the palate. Layers of bittersweet black coffee and pure vanilla.
