Gewurztraminer varietal, originated in northern Italy, produce wines of enticing aromas; white flowers, wild roses, spices and lychee. This mineral driven dry white is cultivated from 30 year-old biodynamically farmed vines, fermented with natural yeast, and aged on its lees in oak barrels for 12 months. Since 1610, generations of Alsace’s Ginglinger family have been devoted to the production of exceptional wines, picking each harvest entirely by hand to ensure quality. Domaine Jean Ginglinger produces very little wine compared to their Alsatian comrades.
