Description: Produced from grapes coming from several vineyards on the estate. Splendidly balanced Chenin Blanc from an excellent year. The nose is classic Vouvray with notes of honey, straw, and wet stones, and apples. The acidity is high but balance offering a verve and backbone. Wonderful full mid-palate of linden flowers, peach, and apricot-peach essence without being sweet.
