This Pinot Blanc offers exuberant aromas of lemon peel, ripe apricots and a hint of white flowers. Pale straw-lemon color and a balanced palate gives way to a vibrant acidity. This wine offers more deminsion than one might expect. Perfectly complemented by a well-rounded softness and medium body, the finish continues to unfold into layered notes of citrus, stone fruit and white peper.High Hook is a partnership between two wine industry veterans. The goal is to work with growers that have high-quality vineyards in order to produce fairly intense, refined, and elegant wines. They are also fishing enthusiasts: $3 dollars per case is donated to the Ocean Conservancy.
