You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase and receive wines. All delivery and shipping require an adult signature with valid photo ID.

Store Pickup
Order online and pickup at the store at your convenience. There’s no pickup charge. No minimum order.

Local Delivery

With a minimum order of $50 (before tax) and a $5 delivery surcharge, The Winery will deliver locally between West 86th Street and West 150th Street; between 3rd Avenue and Riverside Drive. 

Online Webstore deliveries are available for same day service if the order is placed before 1pm. THE WINERY suggest you give us a call for same-day delivery orders placed after 1pm. 

Please note delivery hours of operation are from 4:00pm to 9:00pm with last call-in order taken at 8pm for same-day delivery. All other delivery times must be approved by The Winery staff.

If the address prescribed does not have a doorman, please note preferred delivery time within a two-hour window from 4:00 pm to 9:00 pm. Special delivery instructions such as buzzer buttons and delivery entrances should also be noted. We deliver 7 days a week.

Manhattan Delivery
No minimum order. In addition to FedEx and UPS shipping options, we offer a delivery service to anywhere in Manhattan for $20. Next-day delivery service is usually available for orders placed before 4 pm. However due to certain circumstances, same-day delivery is a possibility (please call (212) 222-4866 to inquire). If the address prescribed does not have a doorman or a mail room, please indicate your preferred delivery time in a two-hour window from 4:00 pm to 8:30 pm and special delivery instructions such as buzzer buttons and delivery entrances. We will call you to make sure someone will be there to receive the order before we attempt the delivery. Manhattan deliveries are available everyday except on Sunday. All deliveries returned due to failure on part of the customer to be present during prescribed time of delivery may be subject to additional charges.

Anywhere In The U.S.A.
No minimum order. Please select your preferred method of shipping at the checkout. Orders will generally be shipped within 48 hours. Please contact us for inquiry. Due to the regulations, we can not accept wine orders for shipment to the following states: Massachusetts and New Hampshire.

International
We are sorry but we currently ship only within the US.

Returns

All sales are final. No cash or credit refund can be issued. Defective merchandise may be returned for exchange of product(s) of equal value or for store credit within 7 days of purchase upon presentation of the following: sales receipt, original bottle (with wine to be evaluated) and cork or enclosure. Purchaser is responsible for return shipping charges. A restocking fee of 15% of total merchandise or $25 minimum, whichever larger, will be charged for orders cancelled after delivery or shipping has been attempted.

Legal Disclaimer

By placing an order the Buyer is representing that he or she is at least 21 years of age and that the person to whom the goods are being delivered is at least 21 years of age. Valid identification of age may be required. If an order is returned for failure to provide proper proof of age, the Buyer is responsible for payment of all return shipping charges. Buyer assumes ownership and title to any goods purchased in New York State. The Winery makes no representation or warranty concerning your right to import wines into your state or country. The Buyer is solely responsible for the shipment of the goods and is responsible for determining the legality and the tax/duty consequences of having the wine shipped to him or her. By placing an order, the Buyer warrants to us that he or she is in compliance with the laws governing the shipment of the goods into his or her state. The Winery assumes no responsibility for goods damaged during shipping. Prices do not include shipping and handling charges, which vary depending on the destination and method of shipment. Acceptance of orders is subject to availability. Prices are subject to change without notice and the Company reserves the right to correct errors in pricing.
