Description: In 2005, the owner of renowned Chateau Malartic-Lagraviere and Chateau Gazin Rocquencourt in Bordeaux decided to leave France in search of new horizons. They finally found an ideal place in Uco Valley, to the south of the city of Mendoza. In the super contemporary facility, wines are crafted carefully under the guidance of Michel Roland (a rock star winemaker) utilizing winemaking techniques of both century-old classic and cutting-edge modern. This wine offers all the fullness, richness and intensity of fruit characteristic of Malbec. A very balanced wine, full-bodied and fruity with a silky texture and a delightful finish. It is also a wine of great elegance.
Food pairing: grilled meat, steak.
