The Moreau family is known for creating a Chardonnat with freshness and precision, always keeping the acidity on the high side to allow for better food pairing and ageing potential. Slight pear-quince fruit with racy acidity give it lean impressions upfront that opens into a rounds mid-palate with expressions of vanilla, buttercream, and soft oak.
