The process of making mead, or honey wine, has not changed much from the prehistoric period. Made only from fermented honey, it is as natural as you can get. This organic wine has no additives including sulfites. Intense honey notes but, be aware, do not let the honey name fool you. It’s very dry on the palate, unlike many others on the market.
