Beautiful dark burgundy color. The color that's very mysterious beckons one to drown oneself in it. Flavors of dark berry, black cherry, cassis tobacco earth and oaky vanilla. Medium acidity. Mild touch. Almost melts into your tongue. Chocolate. Some smoky flavor stimulates your throat when you swallow it. It has a pleasantly nice roundness, a great cab for the price! The Central Valley is the largest wine region in Chile, which contains many small well known sub regions, like Colchagua Valley where their estate locates and the grapes for the wine come mainly from.
