Grape: 60% Pinot Noir, 35% Chardonnay, 5% Pinot Meunier;
Notes: 100% Grand Cru.
Min. of 4 year aging in oak. NM (negociant-manipulant, but really it's RM).

•Complex, subtle nose of pear, spices, citrus, herbs and toasted bread. Fine beads with silky mousse with rich golden color. Established in 1633 in Grand Cru village of Verzy, 12th generation Alain Sacy still makes and develops Grand Cru Champagnes. This Champagne was a personal favorite of leg-endary singer Josephine Baker.

Is is technically a NM (negocient manipulant), champagne maker who buys grapes to make wine, but it is really a RM, growers champage, who grows grapes and makes wine from them, becuase the grapes comes from their famiy siblings' vineyards.
