Description: Very limited production, 1,000 cases of this beautiful sparkling wine. The vineyards include classic terroirs of Orschwihr, Grand Cru Pfingstberg, and Lippelsberg. This explains the deep, pronouced aromas of apple, chalk, and shortbread yeast. Soft, silky mousse that effortlessly glides across the palate while expressing dried mushroom and shortbread layered over subtle apple and mineral stone. Excellent sparkling wine that over delivers on price.
