Description: This exquisite white is made from Croatia’s indigenous Welschriesling variety – Grasevina - harvested from winemaker Krauthaker’s most prized location, a single-vineyard plot called Mitrovac. The aromas are pure, clean and poignant, but with depth and complexity. Ripe grapefruit and apples are supported by a counter-weighing minerality and slight undertones of noble rot, which both follow through on the palate. In the mouth, the wine prances in a delightfully youthful but elegant manner, providing full, warm, creamy, vibrant, delicious viscosity and acidity, ending with pleasant minerality.
