The domaine is located in the heart of Cote de Nuits, Burgundy. Four generations and family-owned vineyards that stretch from Puligny-Montrachet to Gevery-Chambertin, producing many Grand Cru and Premier Cru wines. The grapes are sourced from grapevines located in the south of Burgundy near Puligny and Meursault, and declassified the bottling to produce a high-quality village Burgundy. The aromas are reminiscent of the lean Puligny-Montrachet fruit, wet quartz, lemon zest, and butter-cream. The palate is warm and round with vibrant acidity. Green apple and butter-cream comes to mind on the mid-palate as it finishes with a lovely hint of fish stock.
