Grapes: 78% Colombard; 22% Sauvignon Blanc.


Aromas of Acacia flowers and passionfruit. On the palate the wine exhibits a wonderful freshness with racy acidity that settles down on the finish. Lovely ripe notes of Guava, Kiwi, and Passionfruit. Excellent clean, crisp wine that recently won the bronze medal at the prestigious 2010 Concours General Agricole competition in Paris.

Food Pairing: Great by itself, Aperitif, fried seafood, sweet pork dishes, curry dishes, salads.
