A wine typical of Gaillac gets its spiceness and elegant tannins from the Duras grape. These wines have an old-world feel with flavors of barnyard wood, black fruit, loam, and lots of dark herbal tones. The Syrah and Duras grapes adds a little black pepper characters on the finnish.
