Notes: Founded in 1832, only bodega that is owned and operated by a female, Pilar Pla Pechoviento and her assitant Ana Cabestrero. Aged 6 years under Flor in the solera system.

Description: This bodega was not welcomed by the noble Sherry houses. The founder, Jose Antonio Sierra was the maker of the barrels for the sherry houses. Jose Antonio Sierra decided to start his own sherry house. They have passed on their very traditional style of making Sherry from generation to generation. The barrels are never destroyed but repaired for consistency of flavors.

Bottled off the lees add richness while still being very dry. Yeasty and bread dough on the nose. The palate is crisp and lean with yeast, nuts, and brine throughout the length. Serve cold.
