Notes: Low temp s/s tank fermented. Several weeks on lees.
Acidity: Med+.

Volcanic soil often does magic to flavors of the wine. Here, rich volcanic soil from the famous Mt. Vesuvius enriches the flavors of a Campania’s indigenous grape Falanghina. Rich and intense aroma of tropical fruit and floral. The palate is dry with underlying citrus character, zesty acidity, good structure. Quite enjoyable long aromatic finish with volcanic minerals.
