History: Aged in new French Oak barriques for 21 months combined with two distinct vineyard blocks composed of volcanic ash and iron rich alluvials creates exceptional wine that continue to show power and elegance when cultivated properly. The estate is primarily run by four partners along with winemaker, Jeff Ames and Meredith Cahill-Marsland.

General Description: Intense bouquet of crème de cassis, violets, dried lavender, and ripe black cherry. Revealing nuances of bittersweet chocolate, tobacco, cedar and vanilla bean. Full-bodied but restrained, showing its strong temperament.

Suggested Pairing: Braised, Grilled, Roasted, or Stewed Beef, Aged Brie/ Camembert, Roasted Duck, Lamb, Venison, etc.
