The wine expresses power and sophistication. Straw-yellow color with golden highlights. Long skin contact, 6 months aging in stainless steel tank, additional 9 months aging in the bottle – all contribute to the white wine of good structure and complexity. Soft, fruity bouquet with dry, full, mineral palate with hints of smoke. The modern winery stands in the midst of Greek ruin infested region south of Naples. Voted one of top 10 fiano by NY Times 5/25/11.
