The wine expresses power and sophistication. 100% Fiano from three separate vineyards on the coast south of Naples, where the modern winery stands in the midst of Greek ruins. Soft, rich nose of yellow summer fruits, with dry, full, mineral palate with hints of smoke. Lively yet smooth texture and lifted finish, very pure with more complexity to come. 6 months aging in stainless steel tank, additional 9 months aging in the bottle – all contribute to the white wine of good structure and complexity. Voted one of top 10 Fianos by NY Times in 2011.
