The winemakers of Pfaffenheim have come together under one banner to produce this amazing dry Pinot Blanc. Straw-yellow color, enticing clean aromas of peach and apricots. Rich palate of restrained fruits and viscosity without being over the top. Excellent balanced acidity with lovely mineral, honey and stonefruit on the mid-palate. Light undertones of peach and starfruit on the finish.
