Description: Established family winery before the time of phylloxera. The Fouassier family is one of the oldest wine grower families in Sancerre.
The L’Etourneau is made with 25 to 45 year old vines and cultivated according to Organic and Biodynamic agricultural methods. Deep red color with aromas of cooked black fruits and humus. Wonderful red fruit surronded by a persistent mineral presence and firm but intergrated tannins.
